Submit a Repair Request

  • Non-refundable Inspection Fee: £30

    This will be deducted from the final bill after your equipment is repaired, unless the work required is considered to be uneconomic or not viable and the job is cancelled.  

  • Repairs Cost: £60/hr + parts

    Our hourly rate is £60, charged in 30min intervals. Customers may specify a limit for the repair costs when booking in the repair. We will contact you during repairs if we feel that the cost of any work is likely to be uneconomic.

  • Guarantee:

    Repair work comes with a 3-month guarantee for the fault repaired. However, subsequent breakdowns due to different fault conditions from those originally repaired, or any faults resulting from inappropriate use of the equipment, will not be covered. 

  • Replacement Parts:

    Parts are always sourced from reputable suppliers (RS Components, Mouser, Farnell, Digikey, etc) wherever possible.

  • Delivery + Collection:

    Customers are welcome to drop off equipment in person or have it delivered via courier. Returns within the UK are shipped with DHL and insured for the full amount.

  • Wait for Confirmation:

    Due to limited space in our workshop, we operate a one-in-one-out policy. To enquire about a repair please submit a repair request. Once we have reviewed and accepted your request, you may then send your equipment for repair. Please give as much detail as you can about the faults and symptoms.
